POLÍTICA DE EVENTOS DE PAU-LATINAMENTE LLC

La compra de un boleto o el registro para cualquier taller, seminario, conferencia, grupo de apoyo, masterclass o evento organizado por Pau-latinamente LLC constituye la aceptación expresa de la presente Política de Eventos. Se recomienda leer detenidamente estos términos antes de completar la compra.
I. DISPOSICIONES GENERALES
1. Organizador
Todos los eventos son organizados exclusivamente por Pau-latinamente LLC. Cuando un evento se realice en colaboración con una institución, empresa o establecimiento, dicha colaboración no modifica ni sustituye las presentes políticas.
2. Elegibilidad
Los eventos están dirigidos a familias, cuidadores primarios y profesionales de la salud interesados en lactancia, alimentación infantil y temas relacionados.
Los profesionales de la salud son bienvenidos para fines de educación personal. Los eventos organizados por Pau-latinamente LLC no cumplen con requisitos para créditos de educación continua.
Salvo que se indique lo contrario, los eventos están disponibles para participantes residentes actuales de Puerto Rico y Estados Unidos. Excepciones podrán evaluarse para residentes en bases militares internacionales.
3. Material Educativo
El costo de inscripción podrá incluir material educativo digital y otros recursos descritos en la información específica de cada evento.
Todo material educativo entregado forma parte del costo del evento y no podrá intercambiarse por dinero, créditos, descuentos ni reembolsos parciales.
4. Alcance Educativo
La participación en determinados talleres podrá cumplir con los requisitos educativos para una consulta inicial con Pau-latinamente LLC, según se indique en la descripción del evento.
La participación en un evento no sustituye una consulta individual ni constituye una relación profesional continua. Las consultas de seguimiento estarán sujetas al proceso de contratación vigente, disponibilidad de citas y firma del contrato de servicios correspondiente.
5. Conducta de los Participantes
Pau-latinamente LLC promueve un ambiente seguro, respetuoso e inclusivo para todas las familias participantes.
Nos reservamos el derecho de admisión y permanencia. Cualquier conducta que, a juicio de Pau-latinamente LLC, resulte irrespetuosa, ofensiva, discriminatoria, intimidante, agresiva o que interfiera con el desarrollo normal del evento podrá conllevar la salida inmediata del participante sin derecho a reembolso.
6. Propiedad Intelectual
Todo el contenido presentado durante los eventos, incluyendo, pero sin limitarse a, presentaciones, diapositivas, documentos, imágenes, ilustraciones, fotografías, videos, material educativo, recursos digitales y cualquier otro contenido desarrollado por Pau-latinamente LLC, constituye propiedad intelectual exclusiva de la empresa y está protegido por las leyes aplicables de derechos de autor.
Queda estrictamente prohibida la reproducción, distribución, grabación, publicación, modificación, venta, cesión o utilización parcial o total del contenido sin autorización previa y por escrito de Pau-latinamente LLC.
7. Uso de Imágenes
Durante los eventos podrán capturarse fotografías, videos o imágenes con fines educativos, promocionales y de documentación institucional.
Pau-latinamente LLC procurará proteger la privacidad de los menores y respetará la decisión de aquellas familias que soliciten no aparecer en dicho material.
8. Fuerza Mayor
Pau-latinamente LLC podrá cancelar, posponer o reprogramar un evento debido a circunstancias fuera de su control razonable, incluyendo, pero sin limitarse a, fenómenos atmosféricos, desastres naturales, emergencias de salud pública, fallas tecnológicas generalizadas, interrupciones de servicios esenciales, órdenes gubernamentales u otras situaciones de fuerza mayor.
En dichos casos, la inscripción permanecerá vigente para la nueva fecha programada o se ofrecerá una alternativa razonable según determine Pau-latinamente LLC.
II. POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIONES Y REEMBOLSOS
La compra de un boleto representa la reserva de un espacio limitado dentro del evento.
Por esta razón, todas las ventas son finales y los boletos no son reembolsables, salvo la excepción descrita a continuación.
Pau-latinamente LLC podrá autorizar un reembolso equivalente al cincuenta por ciento (50%) del valor pagado, excluyendo impuestos, cargos por procesamiento de pagos y cualquier otro cargo no reembolsable, únicamente cuando:

La solicitud sea presentada por escrito con al menos siete (7) días calendario de anticipación a la fecha del evento.

La cancelación responda a una situación de emergencia debidamente explicada por el participante.
Cada solicitud será evaluada individualmente por Pau-latinamente LLC. Cuando sea necesario, podrá solicitarse documentación adicional para respaldar la situación informada.
La determinación emitida por Pau-latinamente LLC será definitiva.
Las ausencias al evento, independientemente del motivo, no generan derecho a reembolso, crédito, sustitución, transferencia ni acceso a futuras ediciones del evento, salvo que Pau-latinamente LLC determine expresamente lo contrario.
III. EVENTOS PRESENCIALES
Participación
Cada boleto corresponde al acceso de un (1) adulto, salvo que la descripción específica del evento indique lo contrario.
No se ofrecen descuentos familiares, salvo que Pau-latinamente LLC lo anuncie expresamente.
La capacidad de cada evento será limitada según el espacio disponible.
Participación de Menores
Los eventos presenciales podrán permitir la asistencia de bebés y menores cuando así se indique en la descripción correspondiente.
La supervisión de los menores será responsabilidad exclusiva de la familia participante durante toda la actividad.
Cuando el espacio del evento sea limitado, Pau-latinamente LLC podrá restringir el uso de coches o equipos voluminosos. Se fomentará el porteo, cargar al bebé en brazos o utilizar una manta en el suelo cuando sea apropiado.
Llegadas Tardías
Los participantes que ingresen luego del inicio del evento podrán incorporarse a la actividad; sin embargo, Pau-latinamente LLC no tendrá la obligación de repetir el contenido previamente presentado.
Responsabilidad
Cada participante asume la responsabilidad por su seguridad y la de los menores que le acompañen durante el evento.
Pau-latinamente LLC no será responsable por pérdidas, daños a propiedad personal, accidentes o situaciones ocasionadas por el incumplimiento de las normas del establecimiento o por circunstancias fuera de su control razonable.
IV. EVENTOS VIRTUALES
Acceso
Cada inscripción corresponde a una (1) cuenta de Zoom.
El enlace de acceso es personal, exclusivo e intransferible. Queda prohibido compartir el enlace con terceros no registrados.
Participación
Los eventos virtuales podrán incluir actividades prácticas, demostraciones o ejercicios en vivo. La participación en dichas actividades será voluntaria y bajo la responsabilidad de cada participante.
Grabaciones
Con el propósito de proteger la privacidad de todas las familias participantes, los eventos virtuales no serán grabados ni estarán disponibles posteriormente mediante repetición o reproducción.
Queda estrictamente prohibido grabar, fotografiar, capturar pantalla, transmitir o reproducir parcial o totalmente el contenido del evento sin autorización previa y por escrito de Pau-latinamente LLC.
Requisitos Técnicos
Cada participante será responsable de contar con un dispositivo compatible, conexión estable a internet, energía eléctrica y un espacio adecuado para participar en el evento.
Pau-latinamente LLC no será responsable por interrupciones ocasionadas por fallas de internet, equipos electrónicos, servicio eléctrico, plataformas de terceros o cualquier otra situación técnica ajena a su control que impida la participación del asistente.
V. MODIFICACIONES
Pau-latinamente LLC se reserva el derecho de modificar la presente Política de Eventos en cualquier momento.
Las modificaciones entrarán en vigor a partir de su publicación y serán aplicables a las compras realizadas con posterioridad a dicha actualización, salvo disposición legal en contrario.

The purchase of a ticket or registration for any workshop, seminar, conference, support group, masterclass, or event organized by Pau-latinamente LLC constitutes express acceptance of this Event Policy. Participants are encouraged to carefully review these terms before completing their purchase.
I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. Organizer
All events are organized exclusively by Pau-latinamente LLC. When an event is conducted in collaboration with an institution, company, or venue, such collaboration does not modify or replace the terms and conditions established in this policy.
2. Eligibility
Events are designed for families, primary caregivers, and healthcare professionals interested in lactation, infant feeding, and related topics.
Healthcare professionals are welcome to participate for personal educational purposes. Events organized by Pau-latinamente LLC do not meet requirements for continuing education credits.
Unless otherwise stated, events are available to current residents of Puerto Rico and the United States. Exceptions may be evaluated for residents of international military bases.
3. Educational Materials
The registration fee may include digital educational materials and other resources described in the specific event information.
All educational materials provided are included as part of the event cost and may not be exchanged for money, credits, discounts, or partial refunds.
4. Educational Scope
Participation in certain workshops may fulfill educational requirements for an initial consultation with Pau-latinamente LLC, as specified in the event description.
Participation in an event does not replace an individual consultation nor does it establish an ongoing professional relationship. Follow-up consultations are subject to the current service process, appointment availability, and execution of the corresponding service agreement.
5. Participant Conduct
Pau-latinamente LLC is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participating families.
We reserve the right to admission and continued participation. Any behavior that, at the discretion of Pau-latinamente LLC, is disrespectful, offensive, discriminatory, intimidating, aggressive, or disruptive to the normal development of the event may result in immediate removal from the event without the right to a refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content presented during events, including but not limited to presentations, slides, documents, images, illustrations, photographs, videos, educational materials, digital resources, and any other content developed by Pau-latinamente LLC, constitutes the exclusive intellectual property of the company and is protected under applicable copyright laws.
The reproduction, distribution, recording, publication, modification, sale, transfer, or partial or complete use of any content without prior written authorization from Pau-latinamente LLC is strictly prohibited.
7. Use of Images
Photographs, videos, or screenshots may be taken during events for educational, promotional, and institutional documentation purposes.
Pau-latinamente LLC will make reasonable efforts to protect the privacy of minors and will respect families who request not to appear in such materials.
8. Force Majeure
Pau-latinamente LLC may cancel, postpone, or reschedule an event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, public health emergencies, widespread technological failures, essential service interruptions, government orders, or other force majeure circumstances.
In such cases, registration will remain valid for the rescheduled date or another reasonable alternative may be offered as determined by Pau-latinamente LLC.
II. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
The purchase of a ticket represents the reservation of a limited space within the event.
For this reason, all sales are final, and tickets are non-refundable, except for the exception described below.
Pau-latinamente LLC may authorize a refund equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the amount paid, excluding taxes, payment processing fees, and any other non-refundable charges, only when:

The request is submitted in writing at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the event date.

The cancellation is due to an emergency situation properly explained by the participant.
Each request will be evaluated individually by Pau-latinamente LLC. Additional documentation may be requested when necessary to support the reported situation.
The determination issued by Pau-latinamente LLC will be final.
Absence from an event, regardless of the reason, does not create an automatic right to a refund, credit, substitution, transfer, or access to future editions of the event, unless expressly determined otherwise by Pau-latinamente LLC.
III. IN-PERSON EVENTS
Participation
Each ticket provides access for one (1) adult unless otherwise specified in the event description.
Family discounts are not offered unless expressly announced by Pau-latinamente LLC.
Each event has limited capacity based on the available venue space.
Participation of Infants and Children
In-person events may allow infants and children to attend when indicated in the corresponding event description.
Supervision of infants and children remains the sole responsibility of the participating family throughout the activity.
When event space is limited, Pau-latinamente LLC may restrict the use of strollers or bulky equipment. Babywearing, holding the baby, or using a blanket on the floor may be encouraged when appropriate.
Late Arrivals
Participants arriving after the event has started may join the activity; however, Pau-latinamente LLC is not required to repeat previously presented content.
Responsibility
Each participant assumes responsibility for their own safety and the safety of any minors accompanying them during the event.
Pau-latinamente LLC is not responsible for lost items, personal property damage, accidents, or situations resulting from failure to comply with venue rules or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
IV. VIRTUAL EVENTS
Access
Each registration corresponds to one (1) Zoom account.
The access link is personal, exclusive, and non-transferable. Sharing the access link with unregistered individuals is prohibited.
Participation
Virtual events may include practical activities, demonstrations, or live exercises. Participation in these activities is voluntary and under the responsibility of each participant.
Recordings
To protect the privacy of all participating families, virtual events will not be recorded or made available afterward through replay or other forms of reproduction.
Recording, photographing, screen capturing, transmitting, or reproducing any portion of the event content without prior written authorization from Pau-latinamente LLC is strictly prohibited.
Technical Requirements
Each participant is responsible for having a compatible device, stable internet connection, electrical power, and an appropriate environment to participate in the event.
Pau-latinamente LLC is not responsible for interruptions caused by internet failures, electronic equipment issues, power outages, third-party platforms, or any other technical situation beyond its control that prevents participation.
V. MODIFICATIONS
Pau-latinamente LLC reserves the right to modify this Event Policy at any time.
Modifications will become effective upon publication and will apply to purchases made after the updated policy is published, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
